سياسة الاسترجاع

الاسترجاع خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ الاستلام بشرط عدم نقصان العطر بشكل ملحوظ، وفي حال كان طلب الاسترجاع خارج الرياض فإن  الشحن على العميل ٤٠ ريال، وفي حال إلغاء الطلب يتحمل العميل رسوم إلغاء ٣٠ ريال.

الشحن داخل الرياض يستغرق من يوم حتى ٧ أيام بحد أقصى وخارج الرياض من يومين حتى ١٤ يوم بحد أقصى.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the perfume is not significantly used. For return requests outside Riyadh, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer 40SAR, and in case of cancellation the customer pays a cancellation fee of 30SAR.

shipping in Riyadh takes between 1 to 7 days at maximum, outside Riyadh takes between 2 to 14days.
